440C Stainless Steel Rod is a high strength, moderately corrosion resistant, and wear resistant material. 440C Stainless Steel Rod is capable of attaining, after heat treatment, the highest strength, hardness and wear resistance of all the stainless alloys.
441 Stainless Steel Rod is an 18% chromium, dual stabilized ferritic stainless steel with corrosion resistance similar to that of 304/304L stainless steel. 441 Stainless Steel Rod may be used in the annealed, cold formed or as-welded condition in applications where other stainless steels such as Type 304/304L and Type 430 are used. 441 Stainless Steel Rod has good weldability due to titanium and niobium stabilization and has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
