409l Ferritic Stainless Steel Bar a stabilized FERRITIC stainless steel widely used where oxidation and corrosion protection needs to exceed that of carbon and some carbon coated steels. End users of 409l Ferritic Stainless Steel Bar include manufacturers of Automotive, Power Generation, Agricultural, Woodstove and Casket components.
410 Ferritic Stainless Steel Bar is general-purpose martensitic stainless steels containing 11.5% chromium, which provide good corrosion resistance properties. However, the corrosion resistance of 410 Ferritic Stainless Steel Bar can be further enhanced by a series of processes such as hardening, tempering and polishing. Quenching and tempering can harden 410 Ferritic Stainless Steel Bar.
420 Ferritic Stainless Steel Bar is a general purpose medium carbon straight chromium high hardenability martensitic stainless steel with good strength and fairly good corrosion resistance. 420 Ferritic Stainless Steel Bar is generally supplied hardened and tempered either in the tensile range 700 - 850 Mpa (condition R) Brinell range 201 - 255, or in the tensile range 770 - 930 Mpa (condition S).
