Incoloy A-286

Incoloy A-286 is  fe-25ni-15cr base high temperature alloy, adding molybdenum, titanium,  aluminum, vanadium and trace boron to strengthen. Under 650 ℃ has high yield strength, lasting and creep  strength, and also has good processing plastic and satisfactory welding  performance. Suitable for manufacturing in the long-term work of aircraft  engine under 650 ℃ high temperature  bearing parts, such as turbine disc, press plate, the rotor blades and  fasteners, etc. The alloy can produce various shape-forming products, such as  disc, forging, plate, rod, wire and ring.

Note: 1. Standard specification cold pull rod, round  cake and ring billet:
 ω(Ti)1.80%～2.35%
 2. Standard requirements for hot rolled and cold  rolled plates:
 ω(B)0.003%～0.010%，ω(Mn)≤2.00%，ω(P)≤0.020%，ω(S)≤0.015%
 3. Standard for cold drawing wire:
 ω(Al)≤0.35%，ω(Ti)1.75%～2.35%，ω(Si)0.40%～1.00%，ω(P)≤0.020%，ω(S)≤0.015%
 4. Standard for cold heading wire material:
 ω(Ti)1.75%～2.35%，ω(Si)0.40%～1.00%，ω(P)≤0.025%，ω(S)≤0.020%
 5. Standard for hot rolling and forging bars:
 ω(Cu)≤0.25%

Note: Trace elements Se, Te and Ti are reported in the  measured data before determining the analytical method.

Note: Cold drawn bar and cold wire drawing standards,  performance test is unqualified, can be no greater than 760 ℃ ageing 16 h, after qualified delivery the goods.
