Argentina announces anti-dumping final ruling on Chinese stainless steel cutlery
On April 26, 2018, the Argentine Ministry of Production issued Resolution 176 of 2018, which decided on the use of stainless steel cutlery with wooden handles or plastic handles originating in China and Brazil (Government of the Commonwealth of Somalia: 8211.10.00, 8211.91.00, 8215.20 .00 and 8215.99.10) made an anti-dumping final ruling, levying a final anti-dumping duty of 48% on China-related products, and the resolution will be effective from the date of promulgation of the announcement for a period of 5 years.
